PLEASE RETAIN A COPY OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR YOUR RECORDS AS IT IS THE ONLY NOTICE OF MOTOR CLUB BENEFITS YOU WILL RECEIVE. THIS CONTRACT MUST BE SHOWN FOR SERVICE.

This is not an insurance contract nor an automobile liability or physical damage policy and does not comply with any financial responsibility law.

24-HOUR EMERGENCY ROAD ASSISTANCE – Service Agreement

A. Emergency Road Service:

When members auto is disabled, NewFlower Roadside Assistance, LLC will dispatch an emergency service vehicle to your aid, and you are covered for a maximum of four disablements for road service per twelve months, (one claim per every 72 hours), and the initial claim cannot be made before a 48 hour waiting period from the inception of the membership; also two additional road service will be provided per each family member added to the membership per year. Emergency road service consists of: mechanical first aid: any service requiring a minor adjustment (exclusive of parts) to enable a disabled vehicle to proceed under its own power. Winching: pulling out a stuck vehicle, tire service: changing an inflated spare from mount to wheel. battery service: attempting to start a vehicle with a booster battery. delivery service: delivery of an emergency supply of gasoline, oil or water and other accessories and supplies as may be required and available. Cost of materials delivered shall be paid for by the member.

B. Towing Service:

When a vehicle cannot be started, it can be towed to a destination of your choice by authorized towing service up to 15 miles.

C. Locksmith Service:

If keys are locked inside the member's vehicle, NewFlower will dispatch locksmith for service.

Coverage and Limitations:

  1. As a member of NewFlower, all benefits are available to you up to your benefit limit of $250.00 per disablement, as described throughout this agreement, without any additional payments. You are responsible for any non-covered expenses. Roadside services will be limited to four per each twelve month period and two additional service disablement per family member per year.
  2. Your membership begins on the effective date as shown on your registration and continues thereafter, unless canceled, memberships will be renewed on an annual basis.
  3. All claims must be reported to NewFlower, LLC. during the term of this membership.
  4. All services and benefits are administered through NewFlower, LLC. administrative offices at 1450 S Havana St Suite 710, Aurora Colorado 80012.
  5. You have the right to file a complaint by submitting a written complaint to our customer service department at 1450 S. Havana Street Suite 710, Aurora Colorado 80012. Phone: 720-235-8254

Cancellation:

NewFlower reserves the right to cancel this membership at any time without refunding the original purchase price to the purchaser. You may cancel this membership within thirty (30) days for a full refund if there has been no services for disablement. After thirty (30) days, there will be no refund of the membership. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to NewFlower, LLC and signed by the member.
